Double jump:
Banjo can jump twice when he is alone. To do this he has to know how
to swing his backpack around. Press A to jump in to the air, then
press B to swing his backpack around in the air. Then immediately
after this, press A again. If done correctly, Banjo will jump again
in the air.
Game Cartridges
The banjo kazooie game cartridges contain special items that help you very much. the first cartridge is located in an area behind a fence above the tree stumps in spiral mountain. the second one is in an area above the small waterfall. the third one is in the area that is above all the sand (you have to grip-grab to get to the location, which is like an ice cave) in Jinjo Village. you have to grip grab a ledge to get to it. in two of the cartridges are eggs which you take to Heggy the Hen. the other one contains the ice key.
Mega Glowbo
First of all, you have to get the ice key, then you need to go to Glitter Gluch Mine and talon torpedo the rock with kazooie's face on it that is located inside of the waterfall cavern. go through the tunnel and you will be in an area in haillfire peaks. unlock the safe and there will be the mega glowbo inside! take it to Humba Wumba in pine grove, and she will turn Kazooie into a dragon. you will have unlimited fire eggs and will be able to breathe fire!!!

Get the mega Glowblo and give it to Wumba in woody hollow, and she turns Kazooie into a dragon.
If you put in "JIGGYWIGGYSPECIAL " on the wall with letters, you will have every level open!!!
Beat Championship mode to get 2 new courses: The moon & Florida!!!
Flip roll
Go off a jump and press B(2), A, B, C-Up to earn 20 points.
When getting points for ding tricks in Championship, go for 9,999- if you do, you will get the Speed Demon, the fastest car in the whole game!!!
Alternate Paint Jobs
If you get 20 points in the Championship Mode, you can change your car's paint job on the car select screen by pressing L or R. Even better: If you get 150 points, you get two-tone paint.
Beat Challenge mode to get a new mode under the Options Menu - Exotica mode! You can chose Wacky (for rainbows and lots of colors,) Or Insane for a color-negative of the course!!!
Small Jim: Hold Z and press C-Up, C-Down, Left at the title screen, then begin game play.
Here is a little something to have fun with. Suck up an enemy, with, let's just say... Wings! So, anyway, DON'T SWALLOW!!! (You know it's too early for dinner!) Anyway, push L or one of those C buttons. The next thing you know, you will be flying!!! Anyway, every character does a different thing, so try this with all of them (Miracle Matter, the 2nd-to final boss, doesn't do anything special, though.) If something shoots things, do the trick, and you are armed!!
Beat the game, get all the crystal shards, and a new planet, Dark Star, will come up! Beat this (and Oz, the final boss,) to beat the entire game and get the credits in color.
Top Fire = Become a little fireball. Only lasts a few seconds, but if you run out of flying air and have this, you're in luck.
Fire + Fire = Transform into a fireball to charge and char anything in your path. Lasts longer than plain fire.
Fire + Rock = Become a volcano and shoot rocks at all angles. Lasts forever. (Untill B is let up.)
Fire + Ice = Steam, which isn't that powerful. Lasts only a second.
Fire + Needle = Shoot flaming arrows at enemies. lasts untill B is let up.
Fire + Bomb = Powerful fireworks that work well. There are 3 degrees to blasts, and have a wide range.
Fire + Electricity = AAAGGGHH!!! O, the pain! - Kirby Set Kirby ablaze and in pain.
Fire + Cutter = This one's fun. It's a sword that is red-toasty hot and on fire, which you can hurl at enemies.
Top Rock = Become stone Kirby and walk. You can roll a bit.
Rock + Rock = Whoa my! This is HUGE stone Kirby, who will do double the damage!
Rock + Ice = Turns you into a frozen teapot (I think that's what it is) that will slide & freeze enemies.
Rock + Needle = For those who love power drills etc., here's one for you. Hold B to "Drill" your way through enemies, or let go to let it fly. It's similar to the sword.
Rock + Bomb = Take cover! Throw dynamite, which explodes on impact. Then, press down to take out your hard-cover hat.
Rock + Electricity = This makes a bouncy-boulder (no, not ball) that's held onto Kirby with an electric charge. It follows you and bounces, too.
Rock + Cutter = My favorite! Transform into a stone critter at random. Some climb specific walls, some fly, some jump and roll. I even think one swims, but I can't get the fish to move.
Top Ice = Freezing ice breath! (Just surprized he never gets dizzy.)
Ice + Ice = Turn the pink puffball into a white snowball. Roll into a ton of enemies, then press B. Frozen enemies will fly all over!
Ice + needle = Turn into a snowflake, and put 'em in pain! (They say no two snowflakes are alike, but every time I do this they are.)
Ice + Bomb = Killer Snowman! Kirby turns into a snowman that detonates on impact. (Causting no harm to yourself, that is.)
Ice + Electricity = This is another favorite of mine. Turn into a refrigerator that launches out 3 healthy treats that harm enemies, but replenish you. (Got Milk?)
Ice + Cutter = Where's a skating rink when you need one? Turn kirby into a skater that will skate off enemies by the press of A. This will make you do a little swirly thingee.
Top Needle = Woa! Razor-sharp! This sharp needle attack is just one step lower that the double.
Needle + Needle = Hoa my! Swiss army Kirby! You get scissors, spikes, spines, forkes, knives, and, well, you know it all.
Needle + Bomb = Desguise yourself as one of those annoying un-destroyable mine things. You too can hover around, and explode on impact.
Needle + Electricity = Pain. Zap enemies above & beside you with this split-second electric attack.
Top Bomb = Throw a little bomb at en enemy. The range isn't far.
Bomb + Bomb = Flying Kriby spit! Actually, no. They're rocketss that if I'm not mistaken, they home in on enemies.
Bomb + Electricity = Now that's a bright idea! Change into a lightbulb that will light the way. If you're in a dark place, such as on Rock Star's second shard, where Adeleine is in the darkness. Plus, it's a rather nifty attck- just run on into your enemies!
Bomb + Cutter = Now, when B is pressed, Kirby will launch a black star, which will home in on any close enemy/platform thing. It explodes on impact.
Top Electric = when you've got this lone power, press and hold B for an outstanding electrical Kirby attack!
Electric + Electric = This is almost like the lone Electric power itself, except it has a larger range. But whenever you move horizontally, the radius of it will shrink.
Electric + Cutter = Darth Kirby! Whip on out a powerful doubled-edged saber.
Top Cutter = Use this cutting attack to clear out many enemies.
Cutter + Cutter = The same as above, except MUCH more powerful and larger.
Play all the boards, then go to Lava Land or whatever its's called. (Sorry I forgot, I haven't played it in a while.) Now, if you beat that, you will get Eternal Star, the last (and hardest) board!
Buy all the Mini-Games. Then, got to the Mini-Coaster for more $, and each time you beat a level, (Easy, Medium, or Hard,) More Mini-Games will be up for sale, ant a new trees will appear to play games from.
Play all the boards to get Bowser Land! If you beat that, you will get to use the credits machine in the lab.
If you get all gold or silver medals on a level (For instance, Little States,) There will be a new birdman level for that course that you can fly around in and take pictures!
If you touch a golden star, you will become birdman, but you can't take any pictures.
If you get all gold/silver medals in class A, B, or Pilot, you will get:
A- Cannon Fly off and try to land on a target, or: pretend the person in the cannon is someone you hate, and make the fly as far as possible, and miss the target... AT FULL POWER!!!!!
B- Skydiving You're falling! You can't stop! Is it scary or fun? IT'S A BLAST!!! make formations with other characters, and as soon as you get past the cloud cover, try to land on the target, or: right before going through the cloud cover, hold B to do flips. Then, DON'T LET GO!!! Go through the cloud cover, and you will be doing flips over the land, instead of the clouds. It's just a little bonus.
Pilot- Jumble Hopper Don't you wish you could walk around the worlds & not die by hitting water? Try jumping it!!!! Or: No gas needed! just try to compete with some friends, seeing who can jump the farthest or who can go the fastest around a world.
Got Gas? In Little States, go by the gas station (In a rocket belt or gyrocopter,) and land/drive right next to a station fill-up thing. The station is near Florida, by the smokestacks, at the intersection. This just makes the game last longer!
Mario + Mad = Wario
In Little States, use the cannon to land on Mario's nose, or else soot it while in the gyrocopter. He will turn into Wario- his first appearance on the N64!!!!
To do all of these codes, use the control pad (The one that looks like a +) and ALWAYS have it on the pause menu to do the cheats!!!

Rocket first learns Jump Slam for 80 coins, Double Jump for 250, Freeze Ray for 450, and Hyper Grapple Ray for 650.
Flying! This takes lots of practice. I made up this cheat. What you do is, first do the two jump cheats and the Grab cheat. Next, Go up to any activated vehicle. Now, jump over it, as if you are going to go into it, but jump high and over the "cockpit", and push B and hold it just as you are coming down. You will fly all the way over the course! You should land on the other end on courses like Clowny Island, where you can't jump over the end, but on most courses, like Paint Misbehavin', you will fly over the edge and fall forever. If this happens , do a cheat where it restarts you at the beginning of a world so you will start over again. WARNING!!!! If you do any of the above cheats (not the flying one,) DO NOT DO THEM IN THE ENTRANCE TO WHOOPIE WORLD, NOT WHERE YOU ENTER ALL THE PLACES, BUT JUST OUTSIDE IT, WHERE YOU GOT TICKET 'A'!!!! THIS WILL RESET YOUR GAME!!!!!!
In order to get 100% at the game select menu you have to find a secret lum in the Tomb of the Ancients level. In the first part of the level, after having activated the 3 switches that raise the platforms in the poisonous pond, jump on these floating platforms and climb the web on the other side. Once at the top, instead of just falling down the pit, place yourself at the edge of the wall, to the left (when facing the poisonous pond), Then, fly over the pond, go as far to the left as possible to find a narrow hall in the wall, and land on the platform. Follow this path and kill some pirates to get the 1000th lum in the skull's eye.
If you get all 120 stars, a cannon will open outside of the castle. If you go in it, then launch yourself over to the roof, Yoshi will be there and will give you some bonuses! (I think it's 100 lives and a new triple-jump.)
Here's a funny hat trick- if you go to Course 11, Snowman's Land, just jump in the cannon, and don't move it any. Just shoot. Y ou will land on the platform in front of the snowman, therefore making him blow, and you will fly off, losing your cap. Now, leave it there. Go to the 2 trees by the frozen lake. One of them has a warp. Just stand at the base of the tree, and you will be warped. Now, warp back, go back to where your hat is, and you will notice that there's another one right on top of it; get the hats, and as you get the second one, the one on his head will be gone, and he will be holding it! You can punch and do all sorts of thigs with it, but it will be on your head when you leave the level (or go in the igloo).
Beating Bowser the EASY way!
Girst off, what you have to do is lure Bowser up close to a bomb. Then, run furiously in circles around him, and you should get closer and closer to his tail. finally, grab it, and swing him into (or thow) him into a bomb. Repeat this as enough times as needed. Just spin around him close enough to have an easy grab at his tail- otherwise, he'll just ram into you. NOTE: don't go too close to him, or else you will ram into him.
How to get ALL items:
Stand on the mushroom to face the scientist when first meeting him. Quickly press R(2), Analog-stick Up, Analog-stick Down, Up, Down, C-Up, C-Down, C-Left, C-Right, C-Up(2), C-Left(2), C-Right(2), C-Up(2), C-Down(2), Analog-stick Up, Analog-stick Down, Analog-stick Left, Analog-stick Right, Start to receive all special items.

When Navi turns green at any gossip stone, play Zelda's Lullaby to make a red fairy come out.
If you shoot a slingshot nut at one of the windows in Zelda's castle, either a guard will throw a bomb at you or a red rupee will come out. This only works once in the game.
To go forward 12 hours, play: C right, C right, A, A, C down, C down.
To make time flow a lot slower, play: C down, A, C right, C down, A, C right. (This is the song of time played backwards.)
Two tips on making rupees!
In the swordsman training center, hit the gong in the middle twice to get a blue rupee (Worth five!) You can keep on hitting it, and more rupees come out!!!
Take a picture of the octopus WITHOUT GOING ON BOAT RIDE TO TAKE IT and give it to the picture guy in the swamp place. Or, to make 5 rupees a picture, take pictures of the Deku guy who wants to sell you seeds right outside of the picturegraph contest place.
Conserve magic energy with the Lens of Truth!
When you set it to C and use it, your magic power will start to drain. Here's how to save EVERY DROP of it!
Let's just say you set it to right-C. (It doesn't matter which one.) Press the C button, and then repeatedly tap it. You will see just the same results as if you were using up magic, but you aren't! It comes in handy a lot.

Get all of the levels!!! Do that new character cheat again to get all the symbols. Now, go in this order (It's just the bottom line): Planet, UFO, Rocket, Heart, Skull.
Want to know what the computer's thinking? During game play, press: C up, C down, C left, C right, up, down, left, right. A little box should show up at the top of the screen, and you can read it (it's easier to figure it out in 2D mode,) and not have to worry about pressing the cheat button!
